Productions to be faulty. After talking over and back seller doesn’t want to solve problem and now just ignore me.
Bad behavior and not worth the money
I’ve been using the product for a couple of weeks. I am very pleased with the product performance. The screen is very responsive and both wireless CarPlay and Android Auto worked very well. Delivery was super quick and great updates throughout the process. Installation instructions were not sufficient but there were plenty of other YouTube’s and the seller responded with my questions very quickly. Very satisfied with the transaction.
Great product. Delivered in 6 days. Really well packed. Seller helped me quickly with all questions and sent me all supporting documents and pictures, which I needed. Screen looks like original OEM display and and software also works the same. Can be controlled by original centre idrive knob and by steering wheel buttons. After switch to android interface, you can use installed apps or download next via playstore. Internal storage is ready for music and movies, which can be downloaded also by USB or MicroSD. Carplay works properly and also sound is excelent. I recommend! Really hard to find this OEM looking android, because I hate that ugly bigger screens, which are offered everywhere.

The product well packaged and all the connection is present and in addition it offers a microphone and disassembly kit.
